The Pressure Die Casting process, is indicated for the production of medium and high quantities of Tight Castings in a permanent form, in which the melted metal is injected at a high pressure into a metallic mould, for obtaining products of low dimensional tolerance and great level of finishing quality
Our manufacturing process using the Pressure Die Casting, takes place through a Mould, supplied by the client, or designed and manufactured according to the technical requirements of the Casting, in which are injected aluminum alloys, melted in lower temperatures.
The process is realized by means of hydraulic presses, providing a warranty for the closed condition of the mould, even at high injection pressures of the melted metal, which may vary from the value of 2 to 150 MPa per second, depending on the case characteristics.
The cooling down (the heat reduction) of the piece is achieved by a system of liquid circulation in the inside of the Mould.
As soon as the piece is cooled down and has taken its solid form, the presses open the two moulds, so it could be taken out.
Our process is strongly automated, capable of producing high loads of castings with dimensional tolerances and level finishing, being in an average better performance than the other Foundry processes.
